After service in the US Air Force, Bob earned a BS in chemistry and MBA degrees from Drexel University in Philadelphia, plus a one-year Bible certificate from Lancaster Bible College. He has worked as an industrial chemist, Associate Director of a foreign mission agency, and a supervisor and trainer with Amtrak prior to joining Education Consortium in 2001 as an Account Manager. He applies some 30 years of customer service and problem-solving experience to serving his school and library clients.

With over thirty years’ experience in client services, a BA in business and a strong Erate background, customer service is my strength and passion. When I’m not spending time with my large family I enjoy interacting with my schools and creating strong relationships that allow me to truly understand their needs. As part of Education Consortium’s team I am looking forward to guiding you through the Erate process and maximizing your funding.

As an account manager at Educational Consortium I bring extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and facilities management from previous career experience. Being a mom of 3 requires excellent multi-tasking and time management skills – a total asset in this E-Rate process. I enjoy client interaction; I want to get to know my clients so I can provide a comfortable working relationship and specialized care. I’m looking forward to developing a broader client base and helping all of my clients maximize their benefit from the E-Rate program.

With 10+ years of customer service experience in retail and hospitality I’m able to specialize in all aspects of the E-Rate program as an account manager with the Education Consortium. In this role I’m able to not only build professional relationships with all my clients, but personal ones as well. Being able to do so goes a long way in ensuring that all clients receive the maximum funding that is available to them. I’m looking forward to expanding my client base and continuing to assist schools, libraries, and most importantly the youth in benefitting from the E-Rate program!

Kate
comes to ECTS with 20 years of experience spread across customer service,
marketing, and project management. She loves to build relationships,
solve complex problems, and bring a joyful approach to all that she does.
Holding a degree in Communications from Temple University, she has worked in
fields including early education, FinTech, and real estate marketing. She
is a mother to four school-age children and that helps drive her sense of
purpose in helping schools and libraries attain funding. Kate prefers to
meet via video call and is eager to share her knowledge of the eRate program
with others who could benefit from it; to this extent, you can find her at
company trade shows and events when she is not in the office working for her
clients.

E-Rate Specialists
Our support staff combines over 30 years of experience with the E-rate program. They are dedicated, detail oriented, friendly, and eager to assist our clients with questions about E-Rate. They provide the tools necessary to collect all of the data needed from our clients to ensure they receive their reimbursements. This team is experienced in dealing with USAC representatives and they look forward to daily interactions with our clients.
