We have used Education Consortium for a few years and Nicole Nicoletti has been my goto for any and all Erate issues.  As busy as we all are, keeping track of the timelines and deadlines for submission, eligibility and certification question. are taken care of quickly with emails or phone. There is no doubt Erate is no longer as stressful as it used to be with Nicole on my team.
