Brock Hamilton
Account Manager
Brock has been with ECTS as an account manager for over 7 years. He comes from a strong customer service background with over 30 years’ experience in retail management where the customer always comes first. His main objective is to make sure every school knows what they’re entitled for through the program and that they get it.
He enjoys building strong relationships with his clients both personally and professionally and wants them to know that he always has their back. One of Brock’s greatest strengths outside of customer service is keeping up on new developments within E-rate and communicating them to his peers and clients. If there’s a way to get his schools more money he will find it. Specializing in Pennsylvania, he knows all the ins and outs of navigating the PA bidding rules and ensuring schools are compliant. His schools are very happy with his service and attention to detail, and he continues to build his client base through referrals and former clients who have moved to new areas. Brock is never finished until the client is happy.
Outside of work you will probably find Brock in an ice rink , on a lacrosse field or in a theatre. He has a total of 5 children with his wife of 24 years who all played sports , currently play sports or sing in choirs.
